Goat Cheese Puff with Fig Jam

Ingredients:

Difficulty: Medium

Preparation Time: 20min

  • 2 Slices of goat
  • Cheese
  • 2 Sheets dough
  • Nut (Plenty) 
  • Honey (Plenty)
  • Mixe Salad
  • Butter
  • Fig Jam (Plenty)

Preparation:

Step 1.

            Cut the goat cheese

Step 2.

            Brush the dough with butter

Step 3.

            Put the goat cheese, honey and nuts in the centre of the dough

Step 4.

            Close in flower and take it to the oven, for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5.

            In the empathizing, put the salad below, lodge the puff  pastry e sprinkle it with fig jam.
